CV joint i would think.. check the boots on the CV arms going to the wheels and see if any are split or busted.

Balljoint or tierod. Jack the car up, remove the wheel and give the steerin knuckle a shake. You should be able to tell what is wrong from there.

Most likely CV joints, or a joint in the rear. My car has that problem. We just had a metal retaining clip ghetto welded onto it. it still clicks when turning but its not going anyway. Ill do a real fix one day.
