Get on ebay and buy a Factory Service Manual for either an 89 or 90 Sentra. It'll tell you how to read the codes as well as the vacuum diagrams.

eBay Motors: 1990 NISSAN SENTRA FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL (item 300204458340 end time Mar-09-08 17:55:17 PDT)

Is one on there for 25 bucks.
