Question That Mysterious Bleeder Screw

Where is it located exactly?

I'm having a very annoying problem with my Sentra 1989 GA16i engine overheating and I've seen several threads like

4 - fill system until coolant starts coming out the bleeder hole
5 - close bleeder screw (not too tight; screw is easy to break off)
6 - continue filling until coolant is at the bottom of the filler neck
7 - do not put cap on the radiator
8 - start motor; as coolant starts to warm up, you may see a few air bubbles
9 - squeeze the hoses by hand to free up possible air pockets
10 - put cap on radiator
but none of them say where the screw is located. So, anyone know where it's located in this car?

Also, maybe someone has an idea what else could be wrong with it as to why it's overheating. It used to overheat when travelling 130km+, now just idling and city driving is enough. I feel quite silly having the heat blasting the whole time to keep it cool; it's very efficient at heating the interior of the car. lol

What I know about the setup is : new water pump, coolant pipe to/from engine gets hot and the radiator warms and starts(albeit... takes a long time before it gets started).

Also I don't know if it might be directly connected or not, but at about the same rate the engine overheating is becoming worse, the cars power is getting less.
