I'm fairly new to Pulsars and just bought my first, an 83 NX (wow, clever username eh?) Anyway, I'd really like to upgrade the exhaust a bit and have found that it's impossible to locate a used Pacesetter or S&S header. I was told that an E16i exhaust manifold flows a bit better than my E16s manifold. Is this true? I got one for free from a wreckers and would like to try it out with the 2 inch exhaust that is getting installed from the manifold back. By the way, great site so far, this is my first post.

Yes, the E16i manifold does flow better. I must have been the last person on earth to buy an S&S header. I literally think I got the last one on their shelves.

I guess there's always the custom fabricated option if you can bend and weld.
