Electrical Problem with my system :(

Hi guys

This is my first time posting in this section as I spend most of my time in trucks section. Anyway here is what I have and my problem.

I have a 200W Kenwood deck hooked up to a 200W MTX amp which powers a 600W 10" kenwood sub. Then connected to that amp I have a 350W MTX amp powering a 600W 15" clarion sub. Now recently my clarion would start going crazy and just keep going (like vibrating full out) even when my truck was off! I checked the voltage from my amp to that sub at the speaker wires and it was about 30-40V when cranked up! Now this seems like a lot to me. Is it? Is this normal for an amp to be putting out? Could I have damaged my subs? Also my 10" seems to cut out when cranked. The voltage was like 2V.

I hope this is enough information for you pro's out there to help me diagnose the problem. Has anyone encountered this before?

If you need more info let me know

Thanks in advance
