Power capacitor

Please can somebody explainn me how to install an audio digital p[ower capacitor.

Run one lead from your power source to the + on the cap. Run another lead from the + on the cap to your amp's power input. Ground the - on the cap to the chassis of the car.

The second picture. The Eclipse will get power directly from the cap itself.

The cap doesn't really "turn off" - imagine it as a very very fast, but very very small battery.

You only need to run a remote turn on lead to the cap if it has a digital readout. That is the only part that will turn on/off.
