System Help

I just bought a pair of 12" American Pro's and I am wondering how much power im gonna need to push these... anyone have ideas for amp sizes please help me out...

The auction states 300W RMS for each, so look for an amp that pushes at least 600W into a 2Ω load. The JBL BP600.1 is a good one. Cheap too, at $350-$400 retail.

Honestly I would be scared that those things would light on fire if I put more than 200rms into each, but if you really do want to feed them their supposed rated power, read samo's post

they are pretty good speakers my sisters fiance had a pair of american pro 15s and they sounded pretty good...
