Compatible CD players for 02 Sentra GXE

Hey all. I recently replaced the rear and side speakers on my 02 Sentra GXE, because the sound was off, so I thought I had blown out my stock speakers. Turns out, that's not the issue, because the sound is still shot. I then went and opened up to my in-dash cd player, and realized that this is where the problem was coming from because as i would tap the cd player, it would fix/ruin the sound.

SO! now i have no idea what kinda of CD players are compatible with this, so i can replace it. I just don't want to have to re-wire anything, so i need this to be a simple installation.

Any suggestions on cd/players which will replace the stock one without needing to re-wire my system?

well... you could buy another head unit from the stealer...i mean dealership. You could also look for an adapter so you don't have to cut and splice wires, if you find one you can put any compatable head unit in. your newest friend
