Replacing the HU on a 03 Spec V

Hey guys, I was wondering how you replaced your factory HU. The opening doesnt look like it will take another HU without making the dash look ugly as hell. Does your aftermarket HU look flush, recesed or what? Some small pics would be appreciated. And if you ordered a dash kit that looks good, a link to the site would be great.
