Question Speaker Problems

I have a 95 Sentra and have been having problems with the speakers. The speakers on the right-hand side of the car work perfectly fine. The ones on the left go on and off at random. I can be driving in a straight line on a smooth road and the speakers just stop working on the driver's side. Its a pain in the @ss and was wondering if anybody has had a similar problem. Any ideas on fixing it?

have you tried doing anything at all? since it is a 95 i highly doubt there is something wrong with the factory, it is factory right? just check all of the wiring from the speakers to the factory head unit. that is pretty much what it will be unless you installed something that might have affected it in some way or another.
