2002 GLE Suspension

Hi Folks,

I am hoping you could help me out. A friend of mine has a 2002 GLE(currently stock). She would like to put on some rims and lower the cars stance, but also try to keep the ride comfort alittle closer to OEM. I was looking at the Ground Control coil-over with some KYB's.

Tein USA has the Max spring rate at 7kg/6kg, but I think that maybe alittle too far towards the performance side for ride comfort, because of this I was thinking of running 350/300 Ground control spring rates. Do you think this set-up Ground Control 350/300 lbs. with Kyb's will be suffiecent enough to keep the car from bottoming out on the struts, and provide a decent ride comfort, while still providing better than stock suspension performance?

Your input is very welcome.

Thanks
