Yellow HID Xenon?

I drove a 2K2 I'm thinking of buying tonight and noticed something weird. The high beams on the car look VERY yellow, while the low's have the crisp white I expected to find in HID Xenon lamps.

Is this normal, or has this seller done something to them? Can you replace individual bulbs? If so, how much?

that is the normal halogen bulb. Upgrade the high beams to PIAA 9005's. I did and they look great.
