I have an 02 Max 6 speed. Whenever im just cruising and i step on the gas to accelerate, my car studders once and then takes off. It does this in all gears. Does anyone elses car do this? I dont know if its just something that they do or if something is wrong.

I have the same problem since new. Been at 2 different dealers and they could not find a fix for it. I called Nissan Canada and according to the reports they got from the one dealer they told me that it was the caracteristic of the vehicle and that I had to live with it. Nissan confirmed this in writing to me. Apparently this occurs only with standard 6 speeds w/ 3.5. It's a shame to have all this power only for it to pewk on you every time you need to take off in a hurry. I have given up.
