2000 maxima rearend swap

hello all. This is my first post and i need a little help.A guy i work with has a 2000 maxima and was told that the rearend is a little bent(from a huge pothole) and needs to be replaced.
Do any of you know of a site to where i can print out some instructions on how he needs to change these out?
thanks for any replies

Rear end? You mean the rear suspension, or the rear bumper or rear frame?

i know that it has the straight dummy axle in the rear.....he told me that he was told it had a skight bend in it and was causing his tires on the rear to wear terribly quick. So ,he was told to swap out that rear dummy axle.
Hopefully this makes a little bit of sense.

Oh. You'll need to drop out the whole rear suspension assembly if memory serves. Not a fun job just because it's so bloody heavy. Grab a Chiltons or a Haynes or the Factory Service Manual (FSM)... I don't think you'll find this on most enthusiast sites online, just because no one ever does this...
