MY TRANNY IS DONE>>>HELP ME

well before i start on anything i would like to get this out...............ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaargggg..... ..
well yea anyway im driving with a friend of mine and im cruisin......and my sterring wheel started to shake and i heard funny noises so i pulled over quick and check to make sure nothin got stuck under the car or anything....mind you i didnt turn the care off it was still on....the car made noise till i pulled over...there was nothin under the car but when i got back in and put it in gear i tryed to take off and it WENT NO WERE......it made noise and didnt move.....so my god forsaken tranny is done....i had to push this damn car almost 5 freakin miles to get home..........i need a tranny fast so can anyone help me out here.....and also my maxiam is a 95 manual......i hear that you can swap a 2k tranny as a direct bolt in...is that true........this is urgent so please respond....this all happened like an hour ago.........

Call a local 3rd party Nissan speciality shop, have them fix it. Shouldn't take more than a few hous.

The 95-99 and 00-01 5-speeds are not quite identical, but I forget if it is close enough to be a direct bolt-in or not. The bellhousing bolt pattern is identical but the flywheel and halfshalf dimensions I'm not quite sure of, also the flywheel crank sensor arrangement is different...

if theres that much of a difference then i dont want like a 2k tranny or anything i'll just settle for another 95 tranny if i have to....but ima look more into it.....
