I'm having a couple of minor problems with my '97 Maxima. First, the speedometer won't work sometimes, though this happens infrequently. I was wondering if it's the speed sensor or something.
Also, when I started it up this morning, the car shut off right after I started it. It took some revving of the engine to get it going. I had this same problem with my B14, and it was the IAC motor that caused this, and I replaced it with success. I just got this Maxima, so I'm a little new to this.

Speed sensor is in the transmission. Fairly easy to replace. IAC is on the throttlebody, again fairly easy to replace.
