Location of the Coolant Temp. Sensor, Thx

Need some assistance....

'98 Maxima has cold start issue. When cold, I go to start and it dies immediately. In reading posts, there is a possibility that it's the CTS..

However, I need to know the location of this sensor.

Any assistance is appreciated

It's on the front cylinder bank, just below the bottom of the valve cover on the transmission side. I recognize it in the FSM (`97 FSM page EC-126), but I don't see any good pics for it online...
