Hello,

I have a 1999 Maxima SE with 63k on the clock. Recently my "Service Engine Soon" light came on so I pulled the codes and getting code 0138. The code looks like it is a signal too high for the Oxygen sensor.

Are there multiple O2 sensors and is this the likely problem? The car runs normally - I can reset the light but it comes back after about 150 miles.

look in your manual to see what that codes means...that would be a good place to start, according to the .org that equals 0510 in the flash codes...check you manual and see what it says
