Yeah...17x7.5 iirc. I didn't want to go too wide. The rims/tires weigh the same as my stock SE 16s with tires. ~40lbs

yep, 17x7.5 or 8 sounds cool. yea, I want lightweight wheels close to the weight of stock. problem is I don't have the cashfloe at the moment to get ones that I like.

I'm looking to get 17" rims also. I have a 95 Max SE with the stock 15" alloys. I'm looking to buy online since that's where the deals are. So far the best prices I've seen are at wheelmax.com. If anyone else has some sites with affordable prices please post them. I'm not looking for super light weight racing wheels, or chrome-mania. I just want tuner-type silver finished rims, and I don't want to spend over $125 per rim, which is cheap I know

watch discount tire as well. they'll discontinue wheels every now and then and have some GREAT prices.
I picked up the wheels in my sig for $70 each from them.. they're not very light, but I like 'em..

I've also found better deals locally on some stuff, simply because it costs so much to ship wheels and tires. look around.

I bought 17" wheels for my 98 Max GXE from www.tirerack.com. I indicated make, model and year and it allowed me to see differents wheels that would fit on the car before I made a selection. In addition to that, I was able to select an installer near my home. It's been a year and a half and I couldn't be happier.
