Zip Tie Airbox mod

I recently did what Yannik Blais did to his Sentra to my moms Maxima. I normally drive my B13 Sentra around but occasionally I want to drive her car just because of the extra power. I did the open airbox mod and removed the lower half of the air box. It sounds mean as hell, but I was wonder if I acctaully helped anything for if it was just a waste of time.

If anything, you will lose low end torque, but gain a bit high end torque. not as much difference as a pop charger, but similar effect.

Autozone now carries what I call over the counter MAF adapters. Go get one, and a cone filter, and you'll be even more pleased. After that, you can do the $15 mid-pipe, and you'll have a full intake for less than 50 bucks. It's a hell of a deal.
