Engine Decarbing?

Anyone out there have their engine decarbed to remove carbon deposits from the fuel path? Apparently the dealership does this for about $100. Every couple of oil changes I use Chevron fuel system cleaner with Techron and I use 93 grade fuel. I've also cleaned my throttle body recently but was wondering if anyone has had this decarbing done and if so is it worth it? My car does seem a bit sluggish and I know there are multiple causes. I would just hate to blow 100 bucks for nothing. Any input is much appreciated.
