p1400 differental pressure egr -low input code

The car is a 95max with about 215k miles. the egr was cleaned about 15k ago. I replaced the hose to the egr but it didnt seem to make any difference.

any ideas?

The code is related to the EGR Contol Solenoid Valve (CA models) or EGR & Canister Control Solenoid Valve (Federal models). Check your fuses, first. If okay, then there are a number of power, ground and circuit checks listed in the service manual under this code that will need to be made to isolate the case of the problem. Could be that the EGRC solenoid valve is sticking, which isn't unheard of.
