My car is going nuts! I noticed the other night that the temperature gauge will not get up to normal range, also when I turn on the heat, it quickly drops all way back down to cold and I do not have very warm heat? If I just let it sit with engine running and heat turned off, the temp gauge will move up? Is this my thermostat or something much worse?
BTW, this car is a GLE so it has the automatic climate system.

Sounds like the thermostat is stuck open. Theyre cheap and easy to replace. Make sure you get the new gasket too. It'll be sold seperately.
