yes of course its possible. As was stated above, you need to know about wiring. If you can't splice or solder, don't touch your lights.
You need to use 1157 bulbs in the corners, so you need to get 1157 harnesses and make them stay in the corner lights.
Then you need to take the new harness and attach those wires to the existing wires. One for power, one for ground, and a third for the blinker. The blinker wire needs to be spliced into the existing power wire of your blinkers.
Unless you find a harness that has three wires already in it, you need to have a ground wire soldered to the metal surface whichever you use. Then both wires from the harness go to the 12v and blinker. (harness can be found at any auto part store)
