Changing Oxygen Sensor

While I planning to change my PCV I think it's overdue to change my cars Oxygen Sensor. Can anyone give me some steps to replace the Oxygen Sesor? My Nissan Maxmia GXE '97 has more than 165K miles and still running on stock OS. Recently I have seen a little drop in gas mileage. Still it's giving me about 445 miles to a full tank of gas. Otherwise my 5-speed Maxima still runs as smooth as the day I purchased it with 34k miles, acceleration is strong and powerful and runs GREAT!

Thanks...

Have a look.

I'd replace them with genuine Nissan sensors-- pick them up from a discount parts vendor as listed in the thread in the general Maxima forum-- 'cause I hate splicing wires, but that's just me.

www.oxygensensors.com...just about the cheapest. The beneficial ones to change are the front o2 sensors (if they go out).

The rear o2 sensor doesn't affect performance or mileage.
