All I can see that prevents water from coming insinde is the rubber gasket on the edge of the glass. There are no drainage channels in the rear like there is on the sides and front. Here is where I need help...is there a drainage channel to catch water that passes the seal at the rear and directs it to the sides?

Either the tech left a part off or it is bad out of adjustement. The seal has no visible knicks or holes. Thanks in advance for the help.
Although I don't have the same model as you do, there are 4 drain channels at each corner of my 95 PF sunroof.
