He's gonna get major sued if it's real....thats trademark infringment. Just like a company can't use a college logo without a collegate(sp?) license and permission from the school. Major fines associated with that. ROFL. Unless he has written consent from Microsoft, or it's not real, he's in deep shit. Anything on the internet is bound to come around to someone employed at Microsoft.
