thanks for your replies...
i understand about a vehicle being parked on an incline will cause this ..but how about on flat ground?..again it is not really that big of a "clunk" but i notice it is very smooth going into drivemaybe i am expecting too much..my wife has a toyota sienna..brand new as well..i drove it last night and you can not feel or hear anything when going from park to reverse or to drive etc..etremely smooth.
