So what is the Dealer invoice on on a AWD XE with auto, or a LE with VDC?

The MSRP on Nissan Canada's site is

LE with VDC = $34,898
XE with Auto = $31,698

We are considering negotiating on one of these, depending on what the Dealer Invoice is and what we can get it for.
