Can Automatic Locking Hubs be Changed to Manual Locking?
I am looking at buying a 96 King Cab 4wd. I asked the guy on the phone whether it had automatic locking hubs. He was not sure. His son keeps the truck. He called his son to ask. His son told him, when he got the truck it had automatic locking hubs, but he got it changed to hubs that must be locked manually.
I didn't know this was possible. Am I being bsed? If you can change automatic hubs to manual, can you change manual hubs to automatic?
