Regions
OK, after looking at what some other sites have been using for regions and looking at how Open Directory has them categorized, I came up with the following:
- New England (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT)
- Mid-Atlantic (DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, DC, WV)
- South/Southeast (AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, MO, OK, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA)
- Midwest (IL, IN, MI, MO, OH, WI)
- Great Plains (IA, KS, MN, NE, ND, OK, SD)
- Rocky Mountains (CO, MT, NM, UT, WY)
- Pacific Northwest (AK, ID, OR, WA)
- Southwest (AZ, CA, NV)
- Pacific (HI)
- Canada
- International
We'll probably create separate forums for states like CA, but this is just a preliminary listing.
