As far as I know, you simply remove the auto hubs and everything else down to the bearing lock nut and washer, then put the Warn hub body on, pushing it on all the way so the large o-ring pops into place, then use your studs and nuts or bolts to bolt it on, then put the cap on and test for proper operation. Should be really simple. I suggest using Grade 5 or 8 cap head bolts rather than the studs and nuts because those studs break very easily and loosen up easily as well.
One thing to watch out for is that 86.5-90 Pathfinders have 28 spline front axles while 91-up models have 31-spline front axles that are a different diameter. Perhaps you got the wrong hubs in the first place? Also, watch for the studs loosening up on you after use.
