look at the plugs. did you put the fuel filter in correctly? but your best bet is to look at your plugs if there dry or white your not getting the fuel. if its black and wet, plus smells like fuel then check your plug wires rotor and cap. but untill you check the plugs its hard to tell whats wrong.
