Their are mild abrasives which will decrease the look of them. A weak solution but completely safe is Meguiar's Scratch X. Professional lines tend to do a better job for 2 reasons. 1) They are stronger and 2) They are generally designed for use with a machine. The truth is, only a rotary buffer can cause swirl marks and only a rotary buffer can FULLY remove them.
