We're in the process of phasing out the existing classified ads setup. It's not very efficient or organized. There's also not much that can be done to improve the current classifieds without physically modifying the forum software. What we have chosen to do instead is replace the existing For Sale and Want to Buy forums with an independent classified ads system.
We have purchased a license for Photopost Classifieds, which was developed by the same people who wrote the software we're using for the
gallery. At this point we have both classified ads systems running side by side to give everyone a chance to look things over and report any problems or suggestions. Once this "trial phase" is over the current For Sale and Want to Buy forums will be closed to new threads and removed 30 days later.
