200 bucks would buy you maybe a third of a turbo itself, not a turbo kit. You wouldnt be able to turbo your car for 2 grand let alone 200. It is kinda an extensive and expensive project. No, they guys said something about taking some part from the an SE-R and then something about a turbo and doing it all yourself. Said he got 70+ HP for it.
And about the 03 SE, if it was discontinued, than why does AEM make an 03 SE version:

And that's the intake i wanna buy, but it's for an 03. So, now that you know the specific part, still think it wouldn't work?
