Let me get this out of the way first, the engine isn't running at the moment, sorry to dissappoint.
After long hard hours (mostly removing stuck parts off my car, you'd be supprised how tight a gasket can keep two parts together alone) I finally got everything to match up. Yes, everything. The AAC can indeed fit, you just need to file out the holes for the screws wider and buy longer screws. They're a different thread size than what came off the e16 tb, but they're in the same place.
Everything bolted on, and everything reconnected properly...
...and here's the problem. You can see that there is no gas being injected, and there isn't any smell of it either.
Do the injectors have different electrical resistance, by any chance? Does the GA's fuel pump have more pressure? Is the pressure regulator (according to the book, 14 psi for the E; 34 for the GA) keeping too high of pressure? Any one know off hand? Am I just missing an idiot mistake? Any ideas? Any suggestions?
So close yet so far...
