I agree, the 6 1/2" are nice speakers. In my experiences, they have better mid to low response. Right now I have 4 year old blaupunkt 4" in the doors, with a bazooka 6 1/2" tube, powered sub behind my bench seat. Sounds pretty good, but I'm sure the 6 1/2" speakers would be a noticable improvement.
