Yup! You are right, one is the Fast Idle control Device, and the other is the idle air control valve... basically the air passes through the tunnel there (with the turbo hooked up) and the amount of air that passes through sends measurements to the computer and cause it to adjust the air/mixture and idle settings... If you are using the E15T harness to set up your turbo... you will need these... If you are going to use the GA16DE harness to set these up... then you won't need them... I just cut out part of the tube so I wouldn't have it sitting there doing nothing.
