street drifting is seriously dangerous. But if you consider empty parking lots streets, then it's fine
i honestly know many people who are somewhat experienced drifters (from the track) that when they try to drift on the streets, they cause damage, either to their cars or to others.
if you're on a budget, i guess get an s13.. if you really want to drift. It just sucks now that so many people are getting em =\ And you should start off with suspension. You can get your intake/exhaust later, after you've had a feel for the power the KA has already
