It's not too difficult, just involved. Make sure that the head is not warped as this sometimes happens when you blow a head gasket. Also, why did it blow? Nitrous installed wrong? Bad waterpump that leaked enough coolant to overheat the engine? Bad fan relay or motor? Radiator plugged with dead bugs or other debris? I brutally overheated the KA24DE in my Frontier when the waterpump went and it did not blow a gasket. I overheated it so bad it quit running and the temp gauge was pegged at H, so I am very curious as to why it went.
