Tow dolly questions........

Posted something about towing a couple of months ago and thanks for everyone that replied with my question about "enough" power with my 4 banger.

Here's the situation and another couple of questions:

Moving back to Atlanta this summer. Have 3 cars, going to get rid of one so I'll have 2 cars. Don't want to drive the route twice (san diego to atlanta) --been there done that too many times. Anyhoo, I would like to tow a G20 Infiniti with my Frontier with a TOW DOLLY. This is the dolly that the holds the front wheels of the car on the dolly and the rear wheels of the car are on the ground.

MY QUESTIONS:

1. How stable is this setup for 2200 miles? I will be crusing at 55-65 MPH.
2. Although trailer brakes would be nice on the tow dolly (they are approx $300-$400 option) are they required?

Thanks in advance....
-Brian
