The rod/ stroke ratio is 1.79:1 and the stock compression is 8.8:1, which should be pretty good with a turbo! Additionally, the bore 3.88 in. which can be bored to 4 in with a block that passes a sonic check. The stroke is 3.413 in. Also, the engine has a 6.125 in rod length, which is very good for high RPM's as it reduces side loading on the piston skirts. I could also destroke it with the crank from a 1965 Rambler American's 199 straight six, but can't find the stroke on that yet. This engine would probably be nasty in a lightweight 1966 American, but my idea started with the Hornet.
