1985 Nissan z24- Anyone have one?

Hey, I bought my nissan truck last year, as a project truck, definatly a fixer upper. It should probably go to the wreckers but im determind to see it running. The frame has a few rust spots, the cab mounts are completely rusted. So its going to need ALOT of work. (Ive been told many times its not worth it) But I love the look of the truck and I dont mind putting a bit of money into it seeing as I got it for cheap. Im curious to see if theres anyone else out there that has restored this year truck or similar years??

85 4x4

I just joined the forum and have an 85 4x4. I have become very familiar with it lately as I have a problem I traced to the ECM after many factory service manual tests. If you have any questions maybe I can help sometime.

Just bought one yesterday. Its in great shape, only 89,000 original miles and 1 owner. First thing I want to do is get these stock wheels off and put some bigger wheels and tires on it. Any idea how big of a tire/rim I can get on this model (1985 Nissan 4x4) without having to lift it any? Recomendations? Thanks.

Either enjoy the rust or get a donor rust-free 2wd truck to swap over body panels....
