I have a intermittent loud high pitched whiring noise whilst driving this stops when you slow the car to a crawl, it then makes a loud thunking sound.
I have taken it to a garage but told the mechanic needs to hear it for himself as they have not heard of this problem before, the problem is intermittent so he can't hear it.
Does anyone know what this is? All answers appreciated.
