where do I off road near DC?

I just moved to DC and just bought a 2005 4x4 xterra and am anxious to get it in the dirt. Any places I can go that are close by? Everything I have found is several hours away.... Thanks for your help.

Im not sure, but maybe Great Falls area? There is a Va side and Md side.
