I have recently aquired a 1994 Nissan Pickup, single cab XE model with the stock 2.4. I am interested in a 3" body lift, mostly for appearance and clearance for 32's, but also for light wheeling. My question, what is a reasonable installation fee, or better yet, has anyone performed this themselves? Are there other 3" lifts that are similar in price (under $300) yet easier to install? Finally, does anyone other than Interco make a 32x12.50R15? Thanks for any and all input.

I've never done a body lift, but with tires, BF Goodrich makes a MT 32x11.5x15. A little narrower but with Interco, you'll wear them out before you know it, if you plan on using them as a daily driver. Interco is a little too pricy for light wheeling.
I think with a 3" BL, you may have to do some fender work. I think the rear wheel well would rub against the tire. Not too sure on that. 31's wouldn't be a problem.
Where on the rear fender would the tires likely rub...(top of the tire to the inside of the fender well I am guessing, but I was more concerned with the front rubbing really)? I don't mind a little body work, though the truck is straight as an arrow...not a single scratch or dent. I have looked into 32x11.50's as you suggest and have several options, just kinda like the look of the 12.50. I didn't know about tire wear with Interco however and appreciate the insight. Anyone else with a 3" body lift?
my friend put the 3" body lift on my nissan, he did alittle welding to move brackets, it took him a few hours. I didn't do it, someone may charge you like maybe $200-300 bucks to put it on, i am just guessing.
furthermore, I dont think you will have too much problem with rubbing, probably just the front when you turn maybe. right where the bottom fairing is, you may want to trim away, i did. i run 33" pro comp mud terrain's, and i love them. i drive ALOT on the highway and some wheeling, they are good tires.

Install pricing is going to shock you if you can even find a shop willing to install one. For the most part, you have to do it yourself. Everyone else I know that has one has installed it themselves.

i gotta 3 inch body lift on mine and 31's and it looks sweet, so even if you had to stick with 31's it still looks good and i have no fender rub or anything looks and operates good
you didn't state what size tires you have right now, but 31s were available from the factory with no change in suspension. gearing was the only difference that I am aware of. as for the body kit I personally do not favor them. I have been in shops when they were installed. not much to the majority of the kit. be advised though the tough part is the lowering of the radiator and fan shroud so proper cooling is maintained. and some wiring will need to be extended as well as brake lines.
