Question CA20E running problem help!!!

Ok here it goes I just bought a 1987 200SX with the 2.0L SOHC CA20E motor and an automatic tranny (soon to be changed to 5-speed) I have a slight problem I cant figure out maybe it is a common problem. I am new at Nissan I belong to Mitsubishi at heart. Well here it goes

The problem:
When I floor the engine or put it under a load it slightly hesitates between 2000rpm and 3500 rpm then as soon as it gets to 4000rpm and up it totally starts to lack power and stumble badly struggling it reaches about a top speed of about 75mph stumbling the whole way. Reves fine in park and neutral when I pull the plugs all look perfect accept cyclender 2 they are always fowled with black soot. Also the car idles like a chevy 350cid with a 3/4 racing cam. I don't get it its driving me MAD !! when driving normal not under a load it runs perfect HELP!!

What I have replaced:
Fuel filter, plugs, cap, wires, rotor,Catalitic converter,O2 Sensor,Airfilter, cleaned Throttle body, fuel system cleaner in Gas (good stuff not cheap),One broken vacuum line (looked for hours for more no more where cracked or broken)

Please i hope someone can help me i want this car to run great and i want to put performance mods on it but i need it to run good first and i have a lot of mechanical experience but this is stumping me thanx guys
