man i had the same problem on my 200sx when i did the crank pully. a friend of mine who is a mech. helped me out. when you get ready to spin the bolt it wants to turn the motor over. he put the socket wrench on the bolt and then had me go bump the motor(with the key) over. this broke the bolt loose and the rest of the time we could spin it off without turning the motor over. havent tried on my spec yet but will be soon.

Thats what I initially did actually. I had my brother crank the car, while I held onto that bolt with a ratchet. WHAM!...not something you want to do!
