Our beloved Ricebox is only trying to help, but in a case like this, you'll need to ask a Nissan master tech. I happen to know one, and asked him about it. He said he can nail this one on the first try. You have a bad airmass meter. They are quite common. It is located on the pass side of the throttle body, and is attached with two #2 phillips head screws. The only other component you'll need to remove to get at the airmass meter, is the throttle sensor [also two phillips head screws]. Mark and remember the exact position of the throttle sensor before you loosen or remove it. That way you can put it back, without messing up the adjustment. Let us know if we are right on this one. I'm sorry you wasted your money on a fuel pump. Next time, give us a shout here first!
